With an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA, she has worked for 13 years in senior management positions in different multinationals (American, German and Japanese) around the world in Latin America, USA and Europe. This extensive experience has brought her an understanding of cultures inside and outside organizations and their impact on the bottom line and on the life of people in these organizations. In 2010 she decided to leave the corporate world to create her own company providing innovative leadership training and coaching services to support visionary leaders who understand the importance of motivation and engagement on performance. Her passion is developing leaders to be the best they can be as leaders and individuals, aware of their social responsibility in creating engaged, motivated and high performing team cultures to improve their organizations and society. She has wide range of training and experience including personal leadership development; Neurolinguistic Programming, Situational Leadership, and 6 thinking hats among others. She is trained in state of the art coaching (executive and team) with Marina Osnaghi (Italy) and Results™ Coaching Systems. She’s a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She can hold coaching and training sessions in English, Spanish and Italian. Conversational Japanese possible.
