Alex is a CPCC Executive Coach, Certified as PCC by ICF, International Coach certified by John Grinder, and Executive Coach in Coaching Operativo.
He works as coach and trainer, and his professional vocation is centered in people development, inspiring through communication and the boost of personal and interpersonal skills, and motivating learning from an experiential and practical approach. His background in human behavior facilitates a practical and experiential approach to develop the individual skills of each person. Alex has worked for big companies from different industries, where he uses different approaches, such as interactive training, outdoor training, playful techniques, theatre exercises and several psychometric tools as certified practitioner.

Since 2008 is Associate Coach for CCL (Center for Creative Leadership), working as a feedback coach for EMEA market. He also collaborates as coach with IESE, and as trainer with IDEC-Pompeu Fabra University.
Business Lawyer, he holds a Diploma in Tourism, a Diploma in Dramatic Arts, a Master´s Degree in Human Resources, and a Postgraduate in Business Communication Management, Master Practitioner in NLP and a Doctorate of Ericksonian Hypnosis
His working languages are Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
He has been trained in several countries such as Germany, France, USA, Luxemburg, United Kingdom, Belgium and India. He has worked with more than 6.000 people in 60 Spanish cities, 4 European countries, and has participated in Coaching Programs in Africa with participants from countries such as Senegal, Cameroon, Benin, Burkina Faso or Chad.
Since 2009 Alex is President of the Spanish Professional Ontological Coach Association (AEPCO).
