Her passion is helping people getting faster access to their goals and becoming better versions of themselves.  Cathrine is particularly passionate about supporting managers filling their leadership roles efficiently and authentically while enhancing their work-life balance. She believes that all people need a certain level of balance in their lives in order to perform to the maximum of their potential and in order to achieve long-term success. Cathrine often works with professionals that are being pressured to squeeze more results out of their jobs. She works closely with her clients in implementing personal leadership techniques so that they can double their productivity & effectiveness in a mindful way. 

With over 12 years in the business arena, and living and studying in the U.K, the U.S, France, Belgium, Norway and Denmark, Cathrine brings an unusual blend of understanding, warmth and flair to her coaching. After many years in Human Resources of a multinational company Cathrine founded, Nordic Coaching House, who targets Nordic and International professionals and organisations. 

Cathrine is originally from Norway and currently lives in Copenhagen, Denmark.
