About Elisabeth Bjufors
Elisabeth works as a consultant and management coach. Her main focus is executive coaching and organizational consulting. She is a teacher and trainer for coaches to-be and a member of the board of the International Coach Federation in Sweden. She is a certified career and ICF Coach.
Elisabeth has 20 years experience as finance manager within the Swedish Ball Bearing Group. As the finance manager of the Group’s insurance company she was a member of the management team for 17 years.
She became later on team member of a consultancy company and manager of its branch in Gothenburg for six years.
Her clients today are mainly executives from large private companies such as commercial banks and insurance companies as well as from the Civil Service in Stockholm and in Gothenburg.
Educational background: Gestalt Academy, 4 year organizational consultancy Cognitive psychotherapy, 2 years Master of Business Administration, University of Lund Executive Master Diploma, Business School at the University of Gothenburg
